The Petitioner has filed the present petition impugning an assessment order dated 25.03.2025 in respect of assessment year 2020-21 passed under Section 147 read with Section 144B of the Income Tax Act, 1961 [the Act]. 2.

Undisputedly, the petitioner has a statutory remedy of an appeal against the impugned order.

In the aforesaid circumstances, we do not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition. The same is accordingly dismissed. 4.
