This is an application under Section 5 of Limitation Act, 1963 filed by the applicant/petitioner seeking condonation of delay in depositing the cost of Rs.25,000/- alongwith the following reliefs:- "a. Condone the delay in depositing the cost of Rs.25,000/- in compliance of order dated 26.04.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court;

b. Take on record the receipt of cost amount and copy of demand draft for proper adjudication of the present case..." 2.

There is no appearance on behalf of the applicant/petitioner. 3.

Upon perusal of the contents of the application, for the sufficient cause being shown in the same as well as no objection on behalf of the learned APP for the State, the delay of approximately 125 days in depositing the cost of Rs.25,000/- in compliance with the order dated 26th April, 2024 passed by the Predecessor Bench of this Court, is condoned. Accordingly, the receipt of the cost amount and the copy of the Demand Draft are taken on record.
