Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 95/2024 of Police Station Fatehpur Beri for offence under Section 498A/406/34 IPC on the ground that the respondent no. 2 (complainant de facto) has compromised the disputes with the petitioners.

Learned ASC for the State assisted by IO/SI Ravi Raghav accepts notice and submits that despite repeated notices, the present respondent no. 2 is not joining investigation in relation to the allegations mentioned in the FIR. Respondent no. 2 submits that she had been joining investigation earlier but now she did not do so as the present petition was filed, but she is ready and willing to join investigation as and when directed by the IO in writing.
