CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRADEEP NANDRAJOG
O R D E R
% 30.05.2016 Crl.M.A.1679/2008 Allowed subject to just exceptions.
W.P.(Crl.) 179/2008 1.
The petitioner, who is the mother of the husband of the complainant, seeks quashing of FIR No.20/2008 dated January 18, 2008, P.S.New Ashok Nagar for offences punishable under Section 498A/406/34 IPC. 2.
A perusal of the FIR would reveal adequate allegations being made for FIR to be registered, pursuant to the complaint made. 3.
Be that as it may, I refrain from making any observations inasmuch as none appears for the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the complaint was lodged to deny petitioner's son access to his children.
4.
Since none appears for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed in default.
5.
No costs.
W.P.(CRL) 179/2008
Crl.M.A.1678/2008 Dismissed as infructuous.
