The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ by passing an order thereby directing the respondent No.1 to immediately remove the encroachment from public lands in Khasra No.79, Village Chilla Saroda Bangar i . e . Near Chilla Janta Flats Road and between Chilla Janta Flats and main entrance of Village Chilla till the disposal of the present petition."

is a 15 members body has been constituted vide Office Memorandum no. O33011/1/2006-DDI dated 25.04.2018, and the same is headed by the ViceChairman, DDA. 3.

He submits that the petition can be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a complaint before the Special Task Force in accordance with the Scheme formulated and the provision contemplated in the office memorandum as indicated above.

In view of the above, petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Special Task Force in accordance with the policy and procedure laid down for that purpose in the aforesaid office memorandum or any other extant office memorandum or scheme and avail the said alternate efficacious remedy.
