The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

(i) Issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction especially a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 1/DDA to expeditiously act upon the Objection cum Complaint Letter dated 2.04.2025 seeking retrospective withdrawal of the mutations qua property bearing No. C-226 Nirman Vihar, Mo WH&S CHBS Ltd. Delhi-110092 ("said property") as done by the Respondent No. 1/DDA in favour of Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 as the said mutations are emanating out of a fraudulent act The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. pertaining to the deliberate suppression and concealment of the vital fact that the Petitioner is the 1/4th owner of the said property; and (ii) Issue a Writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction in nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No. 4 to restrain from changing the names in their Record (s)"

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made an objection-cum-complaint dated 02.04.2025 to the respondent/DDA which is annexed as Annexure P-1 to the present petition. He submits that the only concern of the present petitioner is that the said complaint may be disposed of, by respondent DDA. 5.

In view of the limited relief sought, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent/DDA to dispose of the objection-cum-complaint dated 02.04.2025, Annexure P-1, within a period of eight weeks and the decision may be conveyed to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter. 6.

No further orders are called for.
