By virtue of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner seeks quashing of the Complaint Case No. 6983/2025 registered at PS.: Kalkaji, under Sections 138 read with Section 142 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, l881.

At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek initiation of appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law especially whence the order dated 29.07.2025, passed by the learned Trial Court is prior to the issuance of notice on 17.01.2026, if as and when required.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
