Pursuant to order dated 12th January 2024, an affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent/Indian Council of Social Science Research, deposed by Dr. Ashish Deolia, Administrative Officer, tendering their unconditional apology for the issuance of Memo dated 1st December 2021, which was subsequently withdrawn on 28th July 2022.

Accordingly, the said affidavit is accepted and the apology is taken on record.
