The present matter was listed today for compliance of the judgment dated 4th October, 2024. It is submitted on behalf of Union of India that the judgement has been challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court bearing SLP(C) No. 28777/2024 and the status of the same shows that the judgment dated 4th October, 2024 of this Court has been stayed.

In view thereof, this writ petition need not be listed for compliance any further.

It has also been brought to the notice of this Court that the Registry seems to have confused 'National Research Development Corporation' with 'National Rare Diseases Committee'. It is made clear that the 'NRDC' in the judgment refers to 'National Rare Diseases Committee' and not 'National Research Development Corporation'. Therefore, there is no need for National Research Development Corporation to appear in this matter. PRATHIBA M. SINGH, J.
