Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as 'CrPC') has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of the FIR No. 110/2015 under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as 'IPC') which had been registered at Police Station D.B. Gupta Road, Delhi, on the complaint of the Respondent No. 2, who had alleged that the Petitioners, who were her children, have kidnapped her husband that is their father.

It is submitted that the untraced/Closure Report has already been filed before the learned CMM in which the Protest Petition has already been filed by the Respondent No. 2, which is under consideration. 3.

In view of these subsequent events, nothing more survive in the present Petition.

The Petition is disposed of without prejudice to the rights of the parties to raise their contentions before the learned Trial Court. Needless to say that in case there is any Order is passed, by which either party is aggrieved, they may approach the Court, in accordance with law.
