W.P.(C) 5295/2020 This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking an appropriate direction to respondent No.1 to pass a final order in the pending matter reserved on 17.02.2020.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 points out that on account of the present pandemic and the lockdown there has been a delay. He however submits that he has instructions to state that respondent No.1 will expeditiously dispose of the matter.

In view of the above submission, which is taken on record, the present petition stands disposed of.
