The present petition under Section 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "(i) Initiate the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for non-compliance of judgement dated 25.09.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. (C) No. 9744/2022 titled as 'Chandra Bhushan Vs Union of India & Ors';
(ii) Pass such other orders as it may deem fit to this Hon'ble Court in the facts and circumstances of the case."
