The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs: - 2.

passed without giving him a copy of the inspection report dated 7th May, 2025, provisional bill for dishonest abstraction of energy dated 5th June, 2025, photographs, show cause notices dated 6th June, 2025, 10th July, 2025 and 29th July, 2025, notice under Section 163 of the Electricity Act, 2003 dated 20th March, 2025 and consumption pattern. 3.

Counsel for the respondent submits that the aforesaid documents have already been supplied to the petitioner, however, without prejudice to the same, the copies of the said documents have been supplied in Court to the counsel for the petitioner.

In view thereof, the petitioner does not press the present petition with liberty to take appropriate remedies available in law. 5.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
