Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are represented by Mr. Ritesh Kumar Bahri, Adv.

Mr. D.K. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner has raised an issue that the petitioner No.1's father in law i.e respondent No.2 has taken away Petitioner No.1's motorbike. Mr. Bari, on instructions, denies the submission.

Mr. Mahajan states that an inquiry has been made in that regard and it is found that the same is parked in front of the shop where the petitioner No.1 is working. Mr. Mahajan states that the petitioner No.1 can pick up the bike and in that regard, SHO PS Karawal Nagar shall facilitate the same. 4.

Mr. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the petitioner No.1 shall pick up the bike during the course of the day and in regard he shall coordinate with Mr. Mahajan and the SHO, PS Karawal Nagar.

Noting the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and also the fact in the order dated August 17, 2020 this Court noted the fact that Mr. Mahajan had provided the mobile number of the beat staff to the petitioners, in the eventuality, if any assistance is required by the petitioners, they can call at that number, I dispose of the petition of by stating, in the eventuality, the petitioners require any assistance, they are within their right to call the said mobile number of the beat staff.
