Pursuant to the previous order, Mr. Mukesh Gupta, counsel for MCD, has handed over a status report, which he has filed but is not on record. 2.

As per the status report, the details of action initiated by the respondent have been listed out. More recently, the last action was taken on 30th June 2025, pursuant to the last order, where RCC roof panels on third floor were demolished and reinforcement was cut with the help of a gas cutter.

Moreover, a letter has been sent to the PS Jamia Nagar on 11th July 2025 with request to keep strict vigil over the subject property. 4.

Action is now planned for August 2025. The said action will be duly taken, as per the MCD, and will be completed prior to 15th September 2025. 5.

If petitioner has any other issue, they can either revive the contempt petition or otherwise approach the STF appointed by the Supreme Court in this regard with their specific issues.
