Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that part of the property has been demolished in a demolition action. 4.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a representation has been given to the respondents contending that respondents had no jurisdiction to pass the impugned order particularly in view of the notifications dated 16.05.2017 and 21.0.6.2018 of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. 5.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents under instructions submits that the representation is under consideration and MAGGU to HMJ Sanjeev Sachdeva.

assures that in case the representation is decided against the petitioner, atleast one week's advance notice would be given to the petitioner prior to taking any coercive action.

The statement is taken on record and respondents are bound by the statement.

In view of the above statement, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving his liberties to approach the Court afresh, if the need so arises. 8.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All rights and contentions of parties are reserved. 9.
Till the representation is decided, petitioner shall not reconstruct the area which has been already demolished under the demolition action.
