% 08.01.2016 Quashing of termination order passed way back in June, 2001 and reinstatement in service is sought in this petition. During pendency of this petition, no interim orders were passed. When this petition was taken up for final hearing on 15th September, 2015, 5th October, 2015 and 5th November, 2015, none had appeared on behalf of petitioner.

Registry reports that petitioner's counsel has been informed about pendency of this petition. Today also, none has appeared on behalf of petitioner.
