Through the present Petition, the Petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the Respondents to release the benefit of ex-gratia compensation in favour of the Petitioner as per the Office Memorandum dated 21.04.2011 and 07.06.2017, as also in terms of the judgment passed by the High Court of Delhi in Kallu Ram vs. Union of India.

The Petitioner has not made any representation before filing the Writ Petition. Hence the Respondents are directed to consider the Petitioner‟s Writ Petition as representation and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of 06 weeks.
