The averments made in paragraph nos.2 to 4 of the short affidavit read as under:- "2. That the offline application submitted by Mohd. Mukim regarding transfer of Veterinary Trade License earlier issued to his father Mohd. Shamim for the sale of mutton & chicken in the premises of Shop No. 3746/18, Regarpura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi in his name being thelegal heir of Mohd. Shamim has been processed by the department. After submission of requisite documents including legal proof of tenancy in the name of Mohd. Mukim, the application for transfer of the license in favour of petitioner name has been approved by the competent authority.

3. That the above mentioned license was earlier renewed online on year 2021. Hence, to process further regarding amendment & renewal of above said license in the favour of legal heir/petitioner as per meat shop policy, a letter vide no. VO/KBZ/2023/723 dated 16.11.2023 & VO/KBZ/2023/827 dated 15.12.23 and Reminder vide no.

VO/KBZ/2024/130 dated 08.05.2024 was sent to petitioner Mohd. Mukim.

Thereafter, the department received the online application for renewal of above said Veterinary Trade License on 04.06.24 and the online application for amendment on 20.06.24 by applicant/petitioner Mohd. Mukim. Hence, after submission of all requisite documents by applicant, department has approved the online applicantion of renewal and subsequently the amendment of license in the favour of petitioner Mohd. Mukim who is the legal heir/son of Mohd. Shamim for the sale of mutton & chicken at premises/shop no.3746/18, Regarpura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi. Copy of license renewal and amendment approval of license are annexed here with as annexure 'A' (Colly)." 2.

It appears that substantial grievance of the petitioner with respect to the non-renewal of license stands mitigated.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, indicates that there are certain grievances which are still subsisting. 4.

Needless to observe that the petitioner is at liberty to take up appropriate remedy, if the petitioner feels that the cause survives. 5.
