Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff in terms of the observations made by this Court on 04.03.2025 and on instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the instant civil suit with a further liberty to file another properly constituted civil suit.

In the interest of justice and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, the Court deems it appropriate to permit the plaintiff to withdraw the instant civil suit with a liberty to file another properly constituted civil suit.

Accordingly, the instant civil suit stands dismissed as withdrawn along with all pending applications.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff points out that on 26.04.2024, the Court has passed certain interim directions. He, therefore, prays that the said directions be extended for a period of three weeks. The prayer is not opposed.

In view of the aforesaid submission, and in the interest of justice, Order dated 26.04.2024 shall remain in operation for a period of three weeks from today.
