The learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file afresh after the victim is examined. He also seeks liberty to file an interim bail application on the ground that the applicant has two minor children, one of whom has taken birth while the applicant was in jail.

The present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
