Since common questions arise in the present petitions and the reliefs sought therein are substantially similar, the same are being disposed of by this common order.

The present petitions have been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking directions to the concerned Debt Recovery Tribunals at New Delhi for expeditious consideration and disposal of the following proceedings:

a. TA No. 1688/2022 titled "Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. vs. Panama Poly Products Pvt. Ltd." pending before the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal-II, New Delhi.

b. TSA No. 104/2023 titled "Gian Chand Jain vs. Union Bank of India" pending before the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal-I, New Delhi; and c. TSA No. 07/2024 titled "Rohtash Kumar Muradia vs. Corporation Bank" pending before the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal-I, New Delhi.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that the aforesaid matters are interconnected and involve issues arising out of connected recovery proceedings. It is submitted that despite passage of considerable time, the proceedings are yet to attain finality before the learned Tribunals. He submits that appropriate directions may therefore be issued for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid proceedings after considering the request for tagging/connecting the matters.

by this Court that all the connected matters be clubbed together. He has referred to order dated 02.02.2024 passed in W.P.(C) 1512/2024, wherein a Coordinate Bench presided over by Hon'ble the Chief Justice had passed the following order:

"8.Further, this Court has been informed that the connected matters pertaining to the subject property are listed before DRT-III on 28th March, 2024. Subject to orders passed in M.A. No. 161/2019, DRT-III is directed to hear and decide S.A. No.69/2016 along with the connected matters to avoid conflict of orders." 5.

In view thereof, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the only relief sought is for expeditious hearing and disposal of the connected matters by the concerned learned Tribunal. 6.

Accordingly, the Petitioner is permitted to move an appropriate application(s) with regard to their urgency before the concerned learned Tribunals.

As soon as the urgency application(s) is filed, we expect and hope that the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal-I and Debt Recovery Tribunal-II, New Delhi shall consider and decide such application(s) as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournments.

With the aforesaid observations, the present petitions stand disposed of.
