The present petition under Section 528 of the BNSS (Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.) seeks the following prayers:

"It therefore most humbly prayed in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to a) Quash Complaint Case (Ni Act) No. 8254 of 2022 Pending before the Court of Ms. Pooja Suhag, Ld. Judicial Magistrate First Class (NI ACT), Digital Court-01 Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi titled as "M/s Narang Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. VS. Dr. Youvish Mandla" and all the proceedings arising therefrom.

b) Direct the Respondent to delete the name of Petitioner no. 2 from the array of accused persons.

c) Direct the Respondent not to misuse any of the cheque or valuable document in its power and possession.
