The present petition under Section 528 of the BNSS (Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.) seeks the following prayers:

"(a) Pass an order allowing the present Petition and consequently set aside the orders dated 20.03.2025 and 03.04.2025 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class-11, Dwarka Courts, Delhi in Cr. Case No. 3082/2025 titled "State Vs. Prabjit Pal Singh Gulati" arising out of registration of FIR No.94/2025 at Police Station: Janak Puri, and consequently, pass an order quashing the FIR no.94/2025 registered at Police Station: Janak Puri under Section 223(a) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom including Cr. Case No. 3082/2025 titled "State Vs. Prabjit Pal Singh Gulati";

(b) Pass such other further order(s) or direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."
