The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C on behalf of the petitioner for grant of interim bail in FIR 122/2018 for the offences punishable under Section 15/25 NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Crime Branch.

It is not in dispute that petitioner has already been granted interim bail by the learned sessions court vide order dated 23.06.02020 and 18.07.2020 to take care of medical needs of his wife and it is also not in dispute that there are two major sons and a widow daughter to look after her, I find no ground to further extend interim bail and the application is, accordingly, dismissed. 3.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
