The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS (Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.) seeks the following prayers:

"It is, therefore, most graciously & respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble High Court that may kindly be pleased to pass an appropriate direction to respondent no.l & 2 for protect the married live of the petitioners from the respondent no.3, in the interest of justice.

Any other or further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper also be passed in favour of the petitioners and against the respondents as facts and circumstances, of the case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with correct particulars.
