% 08.01.2020 This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents No.1 and 2 to stop the illegal and unauthorized construction and thereafter demolish the same for Plot No.G-9/43, G-Block, Opp. National Hospital Ward No. 83-C, Ratiya Marg, Sangam Vihar, New Delhi. On the last date, this Court had noted the contents of the status report filed by the SDMC, whereby the steps taken by SDMC had been stated. Today in Court, learned counsel for SDMC has filed a fresh status report. Copy of the status report is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. As per the status report, part demolition has been carried out. 5 panels of RCC roof slab of ground floor have been demolished. The respondent/SDMC is carrying out steps in the said property as per law and will continue to do so as per law.

Respondent No.2 is restrained from carrying out any construction on the said property without prior sanction of respondent No.1, as per law. With the above directions, the petition stands disposed of. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J JANUARY 08, 2020 Aj
