The petitioner has filed O.A. 1779/2019 which is pending before Central Administrative Tribunal. During pendency of the aforesaid proceedings, the petitioner has approached this Court for various reliefs. By:RAJENDER SINGH KARKI 14:11:48

This Court is of the view that the petitioner has equally efficacious remedy to approach Central Administrative Tribunal for reliefs prayed in this writ petition and this writ petition is, therefore, not maintainable. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall approach the Central Administrative Tribunal and his petition/application be taken up on urgent basis for consideration to which counsel for the respondents has no objection.

This writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal. Upon the aforesaid petition being filed, the Central Administrative Tribunal shall list the same for consideration on urgent basis.

Pending application is also disposed of.
