"a. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/direction directing Respondent No. 2 to expeditiously decide the application NO. 21032 dated 27.05.2025 within a time-bound frame; b. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/direction directing Respondent No. 2 to verify the illegal and forged registry and cancel the same and take appropriate legal action against the person involved."
