% 04.09.2020 This hearing has been held by video conferencing. This petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved of the nonexecution of the order dated 06.07.2020 passed by the District Magistrate (NorthEast) in eviction case no.F.PA/DC/NE/34/2019/2104-2112. The respondent no.1 has filed a Status Report indicating that the respondents have filed an appeal challenging the said order, which was to be taken up for hearing today.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the hearing of the appeal now stands postponed to 07.09.2020.

The present petition is disposed of directing the Appellate Authority to decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of three weeks.
