It appears that pursuant to the order dated 26.04.2024, the appellant has filed the affidavit with the concerned Family Court. 1.1 A copy of the affidavit has also been placed on record. 2.

We are told that the Family Court has listed the matter on 22.05.2024, for further proceedings.

We may note that the parties are physically present in Court. 3.1 We are informed that they have broadly arrived at a settlement. 4.

The parties will appear before the Family Court on 22.05.2024. 5.

Parties will be at liberty to place the settlement agreement before the Family Court on the next date of hearing.
