% 02.07.2025 CM APPL. 37677/2025 By way of the present application filed under section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908 ('CPC'), the petitioners seek to withdraw the present revision petition submitting that vide compromise deed dated 20.03.2025, the parties have settled the matter and the petitioners have surrendered possession of the subject premises to the respondent. A copy of the compromise deed has been appended to the application. The parties have joined the proceedings via video-conferencing and confirm that they have settled the matter in terms of the compromise deed. Accordingly, the application is allowed.

The application stands disposed-of.
