% 10.09.2020 The hearing has been conducted through video conferencing. 1.
The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.73/2018 dated 26.06.2018, registered at PS Barakhamba Road, Delhi. 2.
It is not in dispute that several other co-accused have already been granted anticipatory bail on deposit of amounts received through RTGS/Cheque.

In the present case, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs.10 lacs in two instalments, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. 4.
Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.5 lacs before the Registrar General of this Court within four weeks and the second instalment of Rs.5 lacs within four weeks thereafter. 5.
Registrar General, on receipt of the said amount, shall invest the same BAIL APPLN. 2194/2020
in FDR in renewal mode and not be released to anyone without the prior permission of this Court.

Accordingly, the SHO/IO concerned is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner/applicant shall be released on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-.

The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and make himself available for interrogation by police officer, as and when required. 8.
Before parting with the order, it is relevant to mention that nothing contained in this order shall be construed as an expression on the merits of the case.

The petition is, accordingly, allowed and disposed of. 10.
Copy of this order be transmitted to SHO/IO concerned for necessary compliance.
