% 15.05.2024 Pursuant to what was recorded in last order dated 26.04.2024, Mr. Gaurav Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits, on instructions, that they do not oppose the extension of the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator.

Learned counsel for the parties further submit, that the matter is at the stage of final arguments; and an extension of 06 months may be granted to enable the learned Arbitrator to conclude proceedings in the matter.

Upon a conspectus of the averments contained in the petition and the submissions made, the petition is allowed; and the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator is extended, as prayed-for, by 06 months, with O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 318/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. a request to the learned Arbitrator to conclude the proceedings within that time.
