% 12.02.2020 The petitioner and respondents No.2 to 4 have entered into a memorandum of settlement dated 10.02.2020.
The said memorandum of settlement is duly signed by the petitioner and respondents No.2 to 4. The petitioner and respondents No.2 to 4 shall remain bound by the same.
It has been agreed that they will jointly apply for sanction of the building plan as per law. Respondent No.1/SDMC may consider such an application filed by the petitioner and respondents No.2 to 4 as per law. With the above direction the present petition is disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J.
