O R D E R

% 08.09.2020 (Video Conference Hearing) During the course of hearing, Mr. Dagar, ld. Counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the anticipatory bail application. He however seeks indulgence of 15 days for the applicant to surrender on account of certain ailments. Mr. Dagar also submits that meantime, the applicant shall also join the investigations, if called for by the Investigating Officer. Taking into account the totality of facts and circumstances and the submissions made, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the direction that for a period of 15 days from today no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicant and thereafter, the applicant shall surrender.

The applicant shall however join the investigations when called for by the IO. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
