The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that respondent no.1 be directed to dispose of the references filed by the petitioner, within a period of 90 days.

Mr Ramesh Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents points out that the references have already been disposed of by an order dated 13.06.2018 by referring the parties to the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

In view of the above, the petitioner's cause of action to file the present petition does not survive.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
