No.4/2024 cannot be filed in a pending ARB.A. (Comm.) 20/2024 and ARB.A.(Comm.) No.21/2024, he seeks liberty to withdraw the instant petition with further liberty to file an application before this Court where, ARB.A. (Comm.) 20/2024 and ARB.A. (Comm.) No.21/2024 are pending.

With the aforesaid liberty, at this stage, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
