The instant petition is for the following reliefs: "a) To Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, directing Respondent Authorities, to immediately enforce and give effect to the Eviction Order dated 11.09.2024 and ensure that the Petitioner is forthwith restored to peaceful and undisturbed possession of the property The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. It appears that pursuant to the eviction order passed by the District Magistrate, the possession was handed over to the petitioner. 5.

The petitioner, however, contends that respondent nos. 5 and 6, who are son and daughter-in-law, respectively, have broken/open the lock and have re-entered the house in question. The petitioner, therefore, seeks reentry and the enforcement of the eviction order. 6.

Let respondent nos. 3 and 4 to take appropriate steps in accordance with law and to ensure that the order of eviction be complied with, if the same is not stayed by the higher Court. If they seek any police assistance, including the female staff, let the concerned Station House Officer (SHO) to necessarily provide the same.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
