% 18.08.2020 This hearing has been held through video conferencing. CM APPL. 19287/2020 (Exemption) 1.
This application has been filed seeking exemption from filing a notarized/attested affidavit. Binding the deponent of the affidavit to the contents of the application, the exemption is granted. 2.
Application is disposed of.
CONT.CAS(C) 427/2020 This petition has been filed complaining of non-compliance of the direction contained in the judgment dated 29.06.2020 passed in WP (C) 6214/2019 titled Life Insurance Corporation of India vs. Sh. Manmod Shankar, wherein this Court, while dismissing the challenge of the Life Insurance Corporation of India to the Award dated 11.02.2019 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court, had further directed that all monetary benefits to the petitioner herein, in terms of the Labour Court's
Award be released within a period of six weeks from the date of the judgment. The grievance of the petitioner is that such monetary benefits have not been released so far by the respondent. In my view, the order being executable under Section 33C of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, the present petition would not be maintainable.
The same is dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioner to execute the Labour Court's Award in accordance with law.
