The learned APP submits that the FSL report has been received. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition.

She further submits that there is, however, an application filed before the learned Trial Court praying for placing on record the specimen signatures of one of the signatories to the settlement agreement. She prays that the said application be directed to be decided by the learned Trial Court expeditiously. 4.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Trial Court shall consider the application pending before it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
