Pursuant to the previous order dated 24.04.2024 passed by this Court, learned counsel appearing for the appellant/claimants submits that they are agreeable to the payment of Rs.9,30,000/- towards full and final settlement of their claims provided the same is deposited with the Registrar General, High Court of Delhi or paid to the claimant within a week from today.

Learned counsel for the insurance company, Mr.Gaur submits that they may be given three weeks‟ time to deposit the same . 3.

In the totality of the facts of the case, the present appeals are disposed of with the direction that the total compensation of Rs.9,30,000/- shall be deposited by the insurance company within three weeks from today with the Registrar General of this Court failing which the appellant/insurance company shall be liable to pay penal interest @ 12% per annum from the date of filing of the appeal till realisation. On deposit of the amount, it be released to the claimant without any further delay.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
