% 08.01.2020 The parties have amicably resolved their disputes and have filed a joint application being I.A. No. 158/2020 under Order 23 Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

The terms of the settlement are recorded in the agreement dated 29th December, 2019 which has been filed along with the application.

The settlement between the parties is taken on record.

I.A.

No.158/2020 is allowed and the petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement.

Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
