The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning the list of disqualified directors to the extent it includes his name. It is pointed out that the list was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore. The defaulting company on account of which said action has been taken is also located in the State of Karnataka.

In view of the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition. The petition is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the competent court. The pending application is also disposed of.
