The present petition under Sections 2, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeks following prayers: - "a) to summon the Respondent/ Contemner and to appear before this Hon'ble Court and after being satisfied that he have committed deliberate and willful contempt of the Joint Statement/ undertaking dated 13.08.2019 given by Respondent before Hon'ble High Court Of Delhi in ARB.P. No.251/ 17, and to punish him for the same. And further purge the contempt b) to attach and restrain the respondent from creating any third party right the property bearing no. V-2/4, Villa Jaypee Greens, Greater Noida, U.P.and property bearing No plot no. 23, Ecotech -XII, Greater Noida UP.

c) pass any other order deemed appropriate and necessary in the facts of the case."
