Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to consider and decide the petitioner's representation. 2.
Petitioner has joined the proceedings through video conferencing. 3.
When asked, he submitted that he had, inter alia, filed a complaint before the concerned Magisterial Court situated at South-West District, Dwarka, Delhi but, so far, no action has been taken in the abovesaid matter, despite the fact that Action Taken Report (ATR) was sought and was even placed on record.

The next date before the learned Magisterial Court is stated to be 12.06.2026 in relation to such complaint filed by the petitioner which is W.P.(CRL) 1591/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. During course of consideration, the petitioner restricted his prayer and prayed that the learned Magisterial Court may be requested to consider his application and to pass appropriate order.

The abovesaid complaint seems to have been taken by the learned Trial Court for the first time only on 07.03.2026 and, though, it is not comprehensible as to why petitioner is in such a big hurry, the present petition is disposed of with request to learned Jurisdictional Magisterial to consider the abovesaid application and to make best endeavor to dispose it of within a period of six weeks from the date it takes up the abovesaid application on 12.06.2026.

Petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. 8.
It is, however, made clear that this Court has not made any observation with respect to the merits of the abovesaid complaint filed by the petitioner and it will be entirely up to the learned Magisterial Court to take appropriate decision, in accordance with law.
