On instructions, Mr. Avni Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the matter be remitted back to respondent no.1Lawyers Chambers Allotment Committee [LCAC], as the LCAC is open to reconsider in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of with direction to LCAC to reconsider the petitioner's case in accordance with law, after affording the opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The impugned order is, therefore, set aside, which was stayed by the Court on 01.06.2022. 3.

Let the reconsideration be done within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed today.
