The present application has been filed with the following prayers:- "That in view of the above it is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to:

(i) Pass appropriate order thereby appointing some other official/Chief Engineer for the necessary compliance of order dated 18th August 2020;

pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Notice, Mr. Praveen Chauhan accepts notice for the respondent. 3.

On August 18, 2020, I appointed Shri. P.B. Vijay, as a Local Commissioner for undertaking a commission. It is stated in the application,

when a telephonic call was made at the residence of Shri. P.B. Vijay, it transpired that unfortunately he expired 4-5 years back. If that be so, this Court appoints Shri. O.P. Goel, who is on the panel of DIAC and whose details are as under, as a Local Commissioner to carry out the commission in terms of order dated August 18, 2020.
