Learned ASC for the State submits that during the course of enquiry, directors of alleged company were called to join the enquiry proceedings but the alleged directors submitted that similar complaint had earlier been enquired by the EOW, Gurugram (HR) Police. The present complaint in the present writ petition has also been sent to E.O.W. Gurugram for necessary legal action. Therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. 2.

In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
