Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) constituted under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 to dispose of the complaint dated 26.10.2023 filed by the Petitioner herein. 2.

With this direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the issue of territorial jurisdiction and the same is kept open to be contested by the Respondents in case the Petitioner approaches this Court in future.
